Owned by sisters, business partners and best friends, Haley McDonough and Jillian Smith-Moher. Twenty-Two Twelve is a full scope interior design firm based in Toronto, operating globally.
About Us
As the head of operations, Haley manages the company ensuring all facets are running smoothly. She is also a creative in her own right with over ten years of corporate marketing experience. Haley is action oriented and has a mind for how things work as well as a profound comprehension of construction.
Jillian is the company's principal interior designer. She is professionally accredited and brings to the team over ten years of industry experience including international work in England and Spain. She has a deep knowledge of materials and a unique ability to visualize and optimize space.
All projects are conceptualized and completed in a collaborative process. The sisters approach design from a logical, practical and hands on nature thriving at problem solving and outside the box thinking. They strive to be timely and respectful of budgets while creating beautiful and comfortable spaces that are meant to be lived in.

Planning a full gut renovation or a new build? Reach out! This is our specialty.
It's always best to get in touch early so that there is ample time for planning. Renovating a property or building new can be very time consuming and stressfull, especially if you have a family and or a full time job! We are here to make your life easy. You can be as involved or uninvolved as you like. Give us a budget and we will build out your full scope of works and use previous experience to estimate all associated costs and timelines.
As you will note from our portfolio we work in a wide variety of styles. Our goal is always to get a feel for the client and their space and deliver a design that perfectly suits them and their lifestyle.
Partial Renovation
Looking to renovate one part of your home? We can help! At The 2212 we recognize you don't always need to rewrite the wheel when updating your space. We can come measure, produce plans, design intent and bring in trades to help see through your new kitchen, bathroom, mudroom, living room, dinging room or more! Happy to bring in one of our trusted contractors or work with yours!

Not sure of where to start? Book us for a 2 hour consultation. We will walk through your home and give you on the spot advice on your space. What works, what doesn't, how to better optimize your space, paint colours and more! All followed up with a game plan for you to carry out on your own!
